Right to Withdraw Within 14 Days

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. If your order is delivered in multiple separate shipments, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the last item or final part of the order.

How to Withdraw

You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. You only need to provide a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase contract and include your order number.

Returning Goods

You must send the goods back to us no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Please return the goods to the following address:

The goods should be returned complete and undamaged, preferably in their original packaging.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed with the Seller.

You may be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Refunds

We will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offer, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise and no additional fees arise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions

The right to withdraw from a contract does not apply in certain legally defined situations, including:

• Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery.

The applicability of any exception depends on the nature of the product and the relevant legal requirements. For example, the hygiene exception for a paw-cleaning product should be assessed carefully and, if necessary, with legal advice.
